Sauna Relax was created as a quiet alternative to anonymous saunas and hotel wellness centers. You do not enter a busy facility, but a private room prepared only for you.
Reservations and care are handled by Dáša Hedvičáková. Personal arrangement keeps every visit calm, unhurried and free from unnecessary noise.
The location in Svoboda nad Úpou gives the space a mountain rhythm. After hiking, skiing or a demanding week, close the door, sink into the sauna heat and let your body breathe again.
